Textile production
for European fashion
We develop, source and manage garment production for fashion brands across Europe — from the first sample to the final delivery.
01 — What we do
Production,
without the
complexity.
From the first sample to the final delivery, THERZY runs the production process between European fashion brands and vetted manufacturers in Türkiye.
Brands come to us with a sketch, a reference garment or a finished tech pack. We develop the product, select the fabric, place it with the right factory and stay on the floor until it ships. You work with one partner, one point of contact and one invoice — not a chain of agents.
We buy the finished goods from the manufacturer and sell them to you. That means we carry the production risk, and our margin depends on the garment being right the first time.

02 — Capabilities
What we
take on.
Six disciplines, run by one team. Take all of them, or the ones you are missing.
We turn a sketch, a reference garment or a rough idea into a manufacturable product: construction, measurements, grading, trims and a tech pack the factory can actually work from.
Fabric selection against your handfeel, weight, composition and price target — knits, wovens, denim, technical and certified sustainable options, with lab dips and strike-offs approved before bulk.
We match each product to a facility that genuinely makes that product — not whichever line is free. Capacity, machinery, minimums and compliance are checked before anything is placed.
Material inspection, sample approval, inline checks during production and a final AQL inspection before shipment. Reports and photographs are shared as the order moves.
One team follows the order daily: cutting, sewing, washing, finishing. You receive a clear status instead of chasing updates across time zones and languages.
Packing, labelling and carton specifications to your standard, export documentation, and coordinated road, air or sea delivery to your warehouse in Europe.
03 — Process
From idea
to delivery.
Seven stages. We handle all of them, and you approve at every point where a decision affects the product.
- 01
Brief
Sketches, references or a tech pack. We agree on target price, quantity and delivery window.
- 02
Product development
Construction, fit and specification worked out until the product is manufacturable.
- 03
Material & factory sourcing
Fabric and trims selected, factory matched to the product and the volume.
- 04
Sampling
Proto, fit and pre-production samples. Lab dips and strike-offs approved in writing.
- 05
Production
Bulk fabric booked, cutting and sewing scheduled, progress reported through the run.
- 06
Quality control
Inline checks during production and a final inspection against the approved sample.
- 07
Delivery
Packing to your standard, export documentation, transport arranged to your warehouse.
- —
Typical development to first shipment runs eight to fourteen weeks, depending on fabric availability and product complexity.
04 — Consulting
Product consulting,
free of charge.
Before anything is produced, we sit with the product. Most production problems are decided months earlier — in the fabric, the construction or the choice of factory.
That conversation costs nothing and carries no obligation. If we are not the right partner for what you are making, we will say so.
Questions we answer every week
- 01Which fabric suits this product and this price?
- 02Is this garment manufacturable as drawn?
- 03Which factory setup fits my volume?
- 04Where is the cost actually going?
- 05What will fail in production, and why?
05 — Quality
Quality is
managed,
not assumed.
Quality is not a final inspection. It is a series of decisions made early and checked continuously — and it is the reason we buy the goods ourselves before selling them on.
- 01
Material inspection
Fabric checked for weight, shade, shrinkage and faults before cutting begins.
- 02
Sample approval
A signed pre-production sample becomes the reference for the entire order.
- 03
Inline checks
Measurements and construction verified on the line while the run is still correctable.
- 04
Production follow-up
Daily contact with the floor. Delays are reported when they happen, not at shipment.
- 05
Final inspection
AQL inspection against the approved sample, with a written report and photographs.
